Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Waiting here for almost an hour for an oil change. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived. Still 2 cars ahead of me now. Supposed to be an express 10 minute oil change but at this rate it will take 2 hours before I get done here. Don't advertise fast service when it takes this long. On top of that the right lane is moving much much faster than the left one and of course I changed to the slow one thinking it was faster before knowing that. The tech needs to be replaced. He's literally 4 times slower than the one on the right.

The personnel at this location is incompetent. I went in for a routine engine oil change, and about one hour later, my car broke down with oil leaking everywhere. Be very careful with this shop. I don’t know if this happened because of negligence or incompetence, but a simple oil change resulted in a serious issue with my vehicle.

I had an amazing experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Derrick! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they leave happy. The service was quick, efficient, and the whole process was stress-free because of him. Derrick went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and his customer service was honestly the best I’ve experienced at any oil change shop. If you’re going to Express Oil Change, I highly recommend asking for Derrick. He’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

Derrick is a good dude. I usually go to get the oil changed for the company vehicles because they have a fleet account with Express Oil Change. I went in with my personal car this time, lo and behold Derreck still had the same great attentiveness and positive energy. Great Customer service all around and they were fast, they lived up to their name, with the 10 minute oil change. Edit: David assisted me at my next visit, very professional and great customer service as well. I Can't say a bad thing about this establishment.

I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change with store managers Derrick and Tay! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured or rushed. What really stood out to me was how efficient and thorough they were. They got my service done quickly, but still made sure everything was checked properly and handled with care. It’s hard to find places that balance speed with quality, but they definitely delivered on both. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great hands. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service and great customer care!
